Introduction:
- Items on AllinsideMarket can be used for commercial purposes.
- Items on AllinsideMarket cannot be resold or distributed as they are.
- Items on AllinsideMarket can be sold after of 50% modification.
- Items on AllinsideMarket can be sold without modification if incorporated in other software as at least 20 % part of it.
Seller - the person who SELL
Buyer - the person who BUY
User – natural person using the Website, who does have an Account or who is connected to it.
Visitor – natural person using the Website, who does not have an Account or who is not connected to it.
Item - the software, codes, app, contents or any program with all descriptions/links/pictures attached that the Sellers upload on AllinsideMarket for sell.
The Seller and the Buyer:
- Card details or any other personal data must not be shared between the Seller and the Buyer. Instead, secure payment methods such as bank transfers or trusted payment applications should be used.
- The Buyer should not download or receive the Items from the Sellers, instead use our website download link available under your account area, after we got Seller confirmation that the Item is paid.
- The Seller must update the item’s payment status in order to make the download link available to the Buyer.
- Seller must own the copyright or hold a valid permissive license for any external scripts, images, or other assets they sell or upload through AllinsideMarket.
- In the profile area, you have the option to delete your account. All details related to this account, as well as all items uploaded to the site, will be permanently removed.
Refunds:

Refunds are handled directly between the Seller and the Buyer. All requests must first be submitted and discussed through the HelpDesk system.

The Seller may choose to issue a voluntary refund if the Buyer is dissatisfied with a purchased product.

If the Buyer and Seller are unable to reach an agreement regarding a refund, the parties may pursue applicable legal procedures in accordance with the law.

AllinsideMarket acts solely as a platform facilitating the transaction and is not responsible for resolving disputes or issuing refunds.
Other info:
- AllinsideMarket will not charge any fee from Sellers or Buyers, but a Donation option is available.
- Delivery and payment services are provided by external service providers, for the benefit of Users and based on separate legal relationships, to which AllinsideMarket is not part.
- AllinsideMarket is not responsible for purchasing contents, downloading software, payments items etc. by the Buyers. This is the agreement between the Sellers and the Buyers. This is the Sellers responsibility.
- AllinsideMarket is not part of the transaction between Sellers and Buyers. AllinsideMarket only provides the site as an interface where the Seller uploads and presents their product and the Buyer views these products in order to purchase them.
- The purchasing process takes place off-site and AllinsideMarket does not interfere with it.
- By visiting this Site directly or through another site, You accept the Policy and Terms & Conditions of it.

If We change or update these Terms, we will post changes and updates on the Site, so that you will always be aware of what information we change, use and disclose. We encourage you to review these Terms from time to time, so you will know if the Terms has been changed or updated.
